Metabolic Balance® is the leading all-natural European nutrition program already and 45 countries.

It provides a program for clients based on blood tests and medical history, so each client gets a unique program for their own body, and they work directly with the Metabolic Balance certified coach.

The Online Training:
Metabolic Balance® Modules

Training with Metabolic Balance® for new coaches can be completed at your own pace. During the online course, you complete 16 lessons in total. Each lesson is a video tutorial of between 25 and 40 minutes in length. This is followed by five modules for practical application.

Our founder, Dr. Wolf Funfack presents the curriculum. You will learn from his 25 years of research, experience, and wisdom as he highlights the principle causes and natural solutions for the overweight and obesity problem that plague society today. Beyond weight loss, you’ll see why we say that Metabolic Balance helps reset the metabolism, fight inflammation, and balance hormones. In addition, the results generally include greater energy, optimism, and better rest.

Please Note

It is important to note that there are checkpoint questions at the end of each lesson. You only gain access to these after you watch the video. The purpose of the checkpoint questions is for you to reflect on the learning objectives for that lesson. If uncertain, don't hesitate to repeat the lesson before moving on!

After the 8th and 16th lessons, you will need to pass a mid-term and final exam with a minimum grade of 75%. You are given three chances to pass each exam. 

Timing for the Metabolic Balance® Training

You should allow for an average of about 45 to 60 minutes for each lesson and about 30 minutes to an hour per exam. We suggest in total it takes approximately 16 hours for the Metabolic Balance theory course.

Creating an Income with Metabolic Balance®

Metabolic Balance® founder Dr. Funfack was a passionate advocate for client support for lifestyle change. Thus, it is a foundational requirement that each Metabolic Balance plan is only available to a client as part of a package with a certified coach.  

You can tailor your package for your clients as you wish, with additional support if it is needed. The number of consults is determined by you and can be tailored to the needs of your individual clients. 

Once certified, you receive a web page as a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach to help new clients find you online.

Payment Details

Once the Metabolic Balance® coach has delivered the client’s personalized plan, they begin the 4 phases of the program. 

Phase 1: Preparation/Detox

Phase 1 is short and is generally the same for most people. The purpose of phase 1 is to encourage the body, gently and safely, to embrace the new foods and way of eating. It takes place over just 2 days and I always recommend to my clients to find the right time to do this. It’s ideal over a weekend or when you can take it easy, stay home, and relax. 

Phase 2: Strict Conversion 

The aim of the second phase of the program is to take in optimal nutrition to harmonize the metabolism. This phase lasts for at least 16 days. 

Phase 3: Relaxed Conversion Phase

By the time you reach phase 3, the metabolism has been reset, there is decreased inflammation in the body, and many have achieved their ideal weight! Phase 3 will further stabilize the metabolism. 

In phase 3, depending on their goals, my clients have dropped anywhere between 5 and 100 pounds, which makes them (and me) feel thrilled. By this time, most people will be feeling renewed, and they often comment that everything is simply working better. My clients’ faces always change at this point, due to the detoxification and their increased water intake. They look and feel younger! Often, they cannot believe the difference!

Phase 4: Maintenance Phase

It is best to remain on phase 3 for at least 2 weeks before transitioning to phase 4, or maintenance. The goal is to maintain your new state of health by following the 8 rules most of the time and continuing to exercise regularly. This keeps the metabolism stable and working optimally. Phase 4 becomes the new, natural lifestyle.
